When you open an account with us, please be aware of the following:
When calling to book a ride on your account, please quote your account number when you call. When booking online, please make sure you have your account number and password ready. In addition please note the following:

• Book at least 24 hours in advance
• Have trip times (to and from) the destination available
• Unknown return times can be placed as a "Will Call"
• Same day orders should have flexible times
• Wait and return trips should be informed to the dispatcher at time of booking
• Hourly trips have the vehicle waiting for you at the location you request
• Hourly trips will require an approximate length of time required
• Pick-ups other then main entrances should be expressed to the order taker at the time of booking
• Large vans carrying multiple wheelchairs must be expressed to order taker at the time of booking
• Orders cancelled less than one our of scheduled trip time, or where the customer is a "no show" will be charge full price of the trip
• Vehicles waiting more than 10 minutes for customers, will be charged a waiting time
