Please fill in the appropriate information and fax back to 416-661-0303 (fax number located on application). If you have any questions about the applications, please let us know. We also request that you print out a copy of the "terms and conditions", as well as the "new account and booking information", to help guide you when using the account. It will be the account holders responsibility to follow the conditions outlined in these documents.

Once the application has been sent in, you will recieve a call betwen 24 and 48 hours after faxing. You will be provided with an account number which you can use when booking online, or when calling in to our reservations line.
